In my effort to show my love for the ‘fro, I got inspired take my ‘Silhouette’ hand painted earring design to stationery. I painted a limited amount of note card sets bearing my afro silhouette on canvas textured card stock (available at my shop: http://www.curlsafari.com/products/1145221-silhouette-note-card-set-hand-painted).
I think they came out pretty cool! I love the vibrant colors of the card stock. And, the silhouette design looks modern…of course that’s always my goal, to create fresh ethnic artwork. What do you all think? Are you feeling my ode to the ‘fro?
